Darn if I go threw life being sad or depressed, it just not me. Oh I have had both knees replaced,, after I crushed them both ,,I walk but will never run track again. But it does not stop me from doing what ever I want to do! With in reason. I do not smoke, and Hope you do not either! and I have no interest in drinking are in going out to bars. And the only pills I take are for my sinus, so I consider myself very lucky.
